Below is an overview on some of our equipment:

Bystronic Xpert 40, Bystronic Xpert 150, and Bystronic Xpert 200

These press brakes have industry leading technology to insure accurate first bend/last bend parts. These machines continuously measures back pressure to calculate a perfect bend, reducing the risk of waste. They have industry leading speed to couple with their proven accuracy; a pairing that puts us a step ahead of the competition. These machines allows PB Metal Fab to capture high margin work that only a handful of shops can meet and to do it faster and at a lower cost.

Bystronic BySprint Pro and Bystonic Bystar Fiber

Laser cutting machines: 4.4KW to 10KW machines can process up to .1" plate steel, with a positioning accuracy of 0.006". Speed, accuracy, and dependability are the main attributes to our laser system.

Antil Tower System

Our tower storage system is integrated into our lasers to keep production constantly moving. With the capability to hold over 3 truckloads of steel, material handling and thickness change overs are never a reason to slow down.
